NHADACA regularly updates our policies and procedures. We know our decisions impact the people we serve. We share these policies for easy access and reference by training registrants and other program participants, funders and other key partners for our various projects.
The NH Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselors Association (NHADACA) strives to ensure that its services are accessible to individuals with disabilities. NHADACA has invested significant resources to help ensure that their website is easy to use and accessible for all individuals, with a strong belief that each person has the right to live with dignity, equity, equality, comfort and independence.
Accessibility on nhadaca.org
nhadaca.org makes available the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget that is powered by a dedicated accessibility server. The software allows nhadaca.org to improve its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
Enabling the Accessibility Menu
The nhadaca.org accessibility menu can be enabled either by pushing the tab key when the page first loads, or by clicking the accessibility menu icon that appears in the top right corner of the page. After doing so, please allow a moment for the accessibility menu to load in its entirety.
Disclaimer
NHADACA continues its efforts to consistently improve the accessibility of its site and service. It is our collective obligation to allow seamless, accessible and unhindered use for those individuals with disabilities. In an ongoing effort to continually improve and remediate accessibility issues, nhadaca.org is regularly scanned with UserWay's Accessibility Scanner to dentify and fix every possible accessibility barrier on the site. Despite best efforts to make all pages and content on nhadaca.org fully accessible, some content may not have yet been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be a result of not having found or identified the most appropriate technological solution.
