Emily Kannenberg, MPH, is the Training Director at NHADACA. In this role, she is involved in planning training events for the substance use professionals. She works to ensure that NHADACA is providing necessary, accurate, and evidence-based information to build a strong, effective, and well-informed workforce. Previously, Emily worked as an Employment Counselor for those affected by the opioid crisis in New Hampshire. She also has experience working in Community Mental Health. Emily holds Master of Public Health and Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Women’s Studies degrees from the University of New Hampshire. Emily is passionate about helping to build a robust substance use workforce in NH so that individuals can obtain the care and support they need. Emily enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, listening to podcasts, tending to her plants, cuddling with her cat, and cooking.
