Creating Connections NH requests your expertise for the development of an Alternative Peer Group model for youth and young adults in New Hampshire as part of a federally-funded project to develop and implement a system of care for youth (ages 12-25) with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. They would appreciate you taking a brief survey, as well as sharing and distributing the survey with other organizations or stakeholders in NH with an interest in Youth Peer Support, and substance use treatment for adolescents and young adults.
